No Exercising

Today was not exactly a day of rest. However, I did take a break from exercising. I'm starting to feel somewhat guilty when I don't exercise at least 30 minutes a day. My guilt may come from me not being too physically active other than when I am exercising. Nonetheless, below is a list of what I ate on my leisurely Tuesday:


Tuesdays
10:30am Omelette(Organic Brown eggs(2) with Cheddar Cheese)
11:00am Pistachios(13)Planters(JalapeƱo Flavor)
4:05pm Organic Pink Lady Apple (1)
6:05pm Starfruit (1)
6:30pm Asia Stir Fired Veggies(Broccoli, Cauliflower, Red Peppers, Green Beans) in a Szechuan Sauce with Shrimp
